Responsibilities
Drive New Business: Identify, target, and acquire new customers through outbound campaigns, industry networking, and strategic account mapping
Grow Existing Accounts: Serve as a trusted advisor to our key customers, identifying new business opportunities by expanding product lines and introducing new services
Strengthen Relationships: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations, from engineering to the C-suite
Develop Strategy: Create and execute strategic sales plans to meet and exceed ambitious revenue and margin targets across both medical and industrial sectors
Align and Collaborate: Work closely with our internal engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams to align customer needs with our production capabilities
Be a Market Expert: Represent the company at key industry events, trade shows, and networking functions, staying ahead of market trends
Qualification
Required
Experience in business development, particularly in medical and industrial injection molding sectors
Technical expertise and business acumen to increase revenue and meet sales targets
Ability to identify, target, and acquire new customers through outbound campaigns and industry networking
Experience in nurturing and expanding partnerships with existing clients
Strong relationship-building skills with stakeholders at all levels within customer organizations
Ability to create and execute strategic sales plans to meet revenue and margin targets
Collaboration skills to work closely with internal engineering, quality, and manufacturing teams
Market expertise to represent the company at industry events and stay ahead of market trends
Willingness to travel to the site on a regular basis
