Partner with leadership and IT teams to assess the current environment, document workflows, and design a modernization roadmap ( ~25% )
Collaborate across technical and clinical teams to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and compliance
Qualification
Required
Epic Beaker Certification required
5+ years of experience supporting Epic Beaker integrations (Instrumentation)
3+ years of experience with Anatomic Pathology (highly valued)
Proven success in Epic Beaker build, configuration, and maintenance (5–7 years preferred)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred; experience within a healthcare or clinical laboratory environment beneficial
