Mid LevelThe Building People, LLC is seeking a temporary full-time Boiler Maintenance employee for first shift Saturday - Sunday between December 1st and March 31st. The role involves maintaining, testing, modifying, adjusting, and repairing boilers and associated equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation at all times.

Responsibilities
Recording systems operating conditions daily
Repairing and replacing components
Cleaning nozzles and oil filters
Repacking valves
Greasing and oiling motors and other equipment
General housekeeping of equipment and spaces
Checking and maintaining motors
Checking and cleaning traps
Adjusting controls for safe and economic operation
Qualification
Required
Clear background investigation
Clear driver's license and have reliable transportation to work
High level of boiler maintenance, troubleshooting and repair
Maintenance Documentation completion and filing
Customer Service Skills
Proficient with Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and familiar with CMMS
Excellent Organizational skills
Sufficient experience and knowledge in a variety of boiler systems, and components
Background screening and clearance directly from the Government
