Account Executive – Outside Sales (New Orleans, LA)

Responsibilities
Identify and close new business through your existing relationships and ongoing prospecting in the New Orleans market
Build strategic, multi-platform marketing solutions that drive results for clients across broadcast, digital, podcast, and live events
Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized campaigns using iHeart’s unmatched suite of products and data capabilities
Serve as a trusted advisor to local businesses and marketing leaders
Maintain and grow a portfolio of clients through exceptional service, strategy, and partnership
Qualification
Required
Established network of decision-makers and business leaders in the New Orleans market
3+ years of outside sales experience, preferably in media, entertainment, marketing, or adjacent industries (digital, advertising, sponsorship, or events)
Proven success in exceeding sales goals and driving new business growth
Entrepreneurial drive — self-motivated, competitive, and passionate about helping clients succeed
Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills
Proficiency in Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and digital marketing platforms
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Preferred
General understanding of business principles and sales environment
Interest in developing knowledge of business operations and sales concepts and techniques
Individual accountability and understanding of when to seek guidance
Skills managing assigned projects to completion
Understanding to resolve problems using established guidelines and professional judgement
Ability to communicate information about iHeart products in a digestible manner and to apply active listening skills to validate understanding of customer needs
Understanding of impact of your own decisions
Goal orientation and the ability to focus and prioritize
