The Distribution Services Specialist (Summer Intern) will be responsible for receiving and delivering materials, maintaining inventory records, and managing warehouse conditions.

Responsibilities

Receive, deliver and initiate transfer of materials between Promega warehouses to ensure materials reach intended recipients on time

Maintain warehouse inventory records

Manage/maintain Promega warehouses keeping them in a clean and orderly condition

Operate equipment proficiently and safely

Able to adjust to the changing needs and demands of the department as communicated by Supervisor

Understand and comply with ethical, legal and regulatory requirements applicable to our business

Participate in the annual physical inventory

Take on special assignments as requested

Able to cover at least 1 other area within DS department after being fully trained to do so

Demonstrates inclusion through their own words and actions and is accountable for a safe workspace. Acts with kindness, curiosity and respect for others
