They are seeking a highly skilled Site Civil Project Engineer / Project Manager to oversee site development projects from conception to completion, ensuring compliance with regulations and managing project teams.

Responsibilities
Oversee and manage site development projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget
Conduct site assessments, surveys, and feasibility studies
Prepare and review engineering plans, specifications, and reports
Coordinate with clients, contractors, and regulatory agencies
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations
Provide technical guidance and support to project teams
Perform site inspections and monitor construction activities
Resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the project lifecycle
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
5-10 years of experience in site civil engineering
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and standards
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and other relevant software
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to quality and accuracy
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license in Pennsylvania is preferred
