Responsibilities
Grow Round Rocks customer base across industrial, medical, and high-spec manufacturing segments by securing new logos and expanding relationships within existing accounts
Drive growth strategies that maintain or exceed 80% capacity utilization at the Hartland site in partnership with Operations and Finance
Identify cross-site opportunities where customer needs align with capabilities at other Fathom locations and introduce those solutions as part of your sales strategy
Actively manage pricing mix, pipeline velocity, and margin improvement efforts to support site-level EBITDA goals
Own the commercial reporting cadence for Round Rock by providing regular updates to the Executive Leadership Team on pipeline growth, quoting metrics, revenue performance, and commercial risk/opportunity
Work closely with centralized quoting, marketing, customer service, project management, and RevOps to ensure consistent execution across every customer touchpoint
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated success in territory development, B2B sales, or strategic account management โ ideally within manufacturing or engineered services
Local market knowledge and ability to travel frequently to customers in the broader metro and surrounding region
Ability to communicate technical value propositions to buyers, engineers, and procurement teams across multiple industries
Commercially accountable mindset โ you own the revenue, and you're energized by growth targets and EBITDA contribution
Highly collaborative, but self-directed โ comfortable operating with autonomy while working cross-functionally to win and retain business
