The Murphy Group, powered by PLACE and partnered with Zillow Flex, is seeking a Licensed Real Estate Agent to leverage reliable, high-quality leads and tools for career growth. The role involves engaging with leads, hosting open houses, and collaborating with a supportive team to enhance lead conversion and business success.

Responsibilities
Attend Coaching & Training – Show up consistently to team meetings, coaching sessions, and skill-building workshops to sharpen your knowledge and grow your business
Engage in Daily Role Play – Participate in regular script practice and objection handling to improve confidence and lead conversion
Follow Up & Convert Leads – Promptly engage and nurture assigned leads (including Zillow Flex) through calls, texts, emails, and CRM tracking
Host Open Houses – Prepare for and host open houses to generate buyer interest, gain neighborhood exposure, and capture new leads
Prospect for New Business – Actively reach out to your sphere, past clients, and local community to build pipeline opportunities
Show Homes & Conduct Consultations – Schedule and attend buyer showings, seller listing appointments, and deliver top-notch service and expertise
Maintain CRM & Pipeline – Keep your database organized, updated, and consistent with follow-ups to ensure no opportunity is missed
Collaborate with the Team – Communicate with support staff, leadership, and fellow agents to ensure smooth transactions and a strong team dynamic
Qualification
Required
Active real estate license or working towards it
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated with a desire to succeed
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred
Previous sales or real estate experience is a plus, but not required
