Responsibilities

Supervise and engage with clients to ensure safety and structure

Complete client intakes and assist new admissions

Observe and document client self-administration of medication as applicable

Maintain accurate and timely client documentation

Assist in coordinating and monitoring daily activities and schedules

Provide safe and timely transportation for clients when needed

Support clients in following treatment goals and individualized plans

Respond effectively to client crises or behavioral concerns

Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly environment; assist with basic housekeeping

Support clients during meals and daily living activities

Uphold professional ethics and therapeutic boundaries at all times

Participate in required training and staff development activities
