The Associate Director of Marketing HCP Promotion will be responsible for executing the HCP strategy, developing campaigns targeting Health Care Providers, and collaborating with various teams to ensure successful implementation and alignment with brand objectives.

Responsibilities
Implement the overall marketing strategy including brand positioning, messaging, and target audience identification
Work closely with all agency partners to lead the creation and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, personal, non-personal, KOL engagement, congresses and other relevant platforms
Evolve HCP messaging and campaign elements
Identify and pursue opportunities to drive brand growth
Diagnose obstacles to brand growth and work collaboratively to provide solutions
Assist in the annual brand planning process
Manage and coordinate all HCP and KOL programs and efforts
Analyzes market data and information to make informed decisions
Partner with field sales force, sales leadership, and sales training to develop and execute promotional efforts and training initiatives
Analyze market data and information to help inform tactical and strategic decision making
Lead and participate in sales and marketing planning meetings
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, (Market Access, Sales, Operations, Medical, PARC) to ensure alignment and maximize the impact of marketing initiatives
Manage and optimize the marketing budget to ensure efficient allocation of resources and maximize return on investment
Responsible for the promotional approval process of materials
Follow all policies and procedures
Evaluate and maximize ROI on marketing projects/programs
Ability to manage people and processes without a direct reporting structure
Brand liaison to all customer facing teams
Works collaboratively with internal and external partners to ensure flawless execution of the brand plan
Attend HCP customer meetings as well as other business related meetings and congresses
Deliver effective and informative presentations to customer facing functions and Sr. Management
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
7-10 years' experience in marketing and/or sales required
Experience in managing an Agency of Record or other agencies that support a brand required
Excellent verbal, written, organization and interpersonal skills required
Strong pharmaceutical industry and business acumen
Able to draw insights from variety of sources, understands market and competition. Compiles relevant data from appropriate sources and performs analysis with a recommendation
Synthesizes complex and diverse information, recognizes trends and/or interrelationships
Ability to meet objectives and deadlines
Project management experience and the ability to manage and coordinate projects with multiple internal partners and vendors
Demonstrated leadership ability including cross-functional and global teams
Manage complexity and urgency
Preferred
MBA or master's degree in marketing preferred
Experience in CNS/Neurology strongly preferred
