Responsibilities

Apply AI and machine learning to enhance product capabilities, automate workflows, and deliver intelligent user experiences
Lead the product development lifecycle (PDLC) for select features—from ideation through launch and iteration
Translate customer, business, and technical requirements into clear documentation and actionable plans
Define and manage product roadmaps aligned with strategic goals
Conduct ROI analysis and use data to inform product decisions
Collaborate with design, engineering, and business teams to drive adoption and deliver value
Evangelize product features internally and externally, co-authoring launch materials and presenting to stakeholders
Monitor KPIs and NPS to identify trends and opportunities for improvement

Required

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or related area and 3 years' experience in product management
5 years' experience in product management or related area

Preferred

Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or related area and 2 years' experience as a product manager, ideally working on consumer-facing, large-scale, highly complex B2B/C products
Background in creating inclusive digital experiences, demonstrating knowledge in implementing Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 AA standards, assistive technologies, and integrating digital accessibility seamlessly
Knowledge of accessibility best practices and Walmart's accessibility standards and guidelines for supporting an inclusive culture
