They are looking for an experienced Transportation Road Engineer to provide transportation design and consulting services for public sector clients in the greater Indianapolis area.

Responsibilities
Develop and design road infrastructure projects, including highways, streets and intersections
Conduct site assessments and surveys to gather data for project planning
Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and cost estimates
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards
Monitor and manage project timelines
Manage client relationships to ensure a high level of satisfaction
Perform quality assurance reviews of road designs completed by others
Collaborate with internal V3 teams on the delivery of multi-disciplinary projects
Perform other duties as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) license required
5 – 10 years of related experience on transportation projects for INDOT, local municipalities and counties
Proficient in MicroStation, OpenRoads and related software
