Responsibilities
Travel with COE engineers to perform on-site troubleshooting and commissioning for BESS, PV, HVAC, and LCU equipment
Conduct system diagnostics and corrective actions to resolve field failures
Serve as the technical liaison between field operations and the Training Center
Collect, document, and report site issues and technical data to support internal training and R&D collaboration
Support the development of internal training materials based on field experience
Demonstrate quick learning ability in understanding parts, systems, and equipment
May participate in internal training sessions and assist in training delivery as needed
Collaborate with COE engineers, Service Managers, and technical teams to ensure stable project operations and knowledge transfer
Transition to a permanent role within the Training Center or COE based on performance and organizational need
Perform other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics or power electronics engineering
2+ years experience with Solar industry, battery industry, or power electronics experience is required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Willingness to travel frequently and work in a dynamic, field-based environment
Strong problem-solving mindset and a commitment to professional development
Technical problem solving/analytical skills
Self-starter, strong initiatives and an excellent communicator
System and product level mindset
Organization, detailed-oriented nature and strong initiative
75% to 100% domestic travel required
Must be willing and able to travel full-time during initial assignment
Preferred
Mandarin Chinese proficiency preferred
