Responsibilities
Coordinating quality processes and documentation in line with project and client requirements
Reviewing and maintaining ITPs, checklists and other quality documentation
Assisting project teams with audits, inspections and NCR management
Ensuring all works are completed in accordance with client specifications and standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and promoting a culture of quality across project sites
Qualification
Required
Demonstrated experience as a Quality Coordinator within construction (civil infrastructure or water projects)
Strong understanding of client specifications and quality assurance processes
A collaborative approach, with confidence to liaise directly with clients, subcontractors and internal teams
Strong communication and stakeholder management ability
Excellent attention to detail
Willingness to travel regularly across the Western Region
