Responsibilities

Collaborate with internal business units to find business opportunities and improve operational process efficiency

Deliver effective solutions to business needs

Conduct interviews with end users and gather business requirements

Convert business requirements into technical specifications for the development team

Assist in preparing and conducting formal presentations on the solution, objectives, and scope

Analyze internal & external data to identify opportunities for optimization

Ensure the developed systems, applications, and reports fulfill the specified business requirements

Extract, compile, process, and summarize large volumes of data into usable information

Engage end-users during the development process and provide periodic updates about the project progress

Work with the technical team in creating user manuals, reference tools, and technical documents

Actively participate in user training (both internal and external users)

Develop and document thorough test plans with comprehensive sets of test cases and expected results

Develop test plans & cases in compliance with legal & customer requirements, policies, and procedures

Ensure that solutions are developed to meet business needs and requirements

Actively engage end-users during UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and get signoffs from users

Prepare project plans and clearly articulate roles, project goals, and timeline

Manage projects and communicate project progress and delays to the stakeholders

Communicate schedule variances and potential scope changes in status reports
