Smart Warehousing is seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals to join their team as Seasonal Warehouse Laborers during the peak season from November 1 to December 31. This temporary role supports day-to-day warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, receiving shipments, and maintaining a safe workspace.

Responsibilities

Follow all warehouse procedures related to shipping, receiving, order processing, and safety protocols
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment
Receive inbound shipments, inspect for damage or discrepancies, and store items appropriately
Perform inventory counts and assist with cycle counting as needed
Safely operate warehouse equipment and assist in loading/unloading as required
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
Review outgoing shipments for accuracy and completeness
Report inventory issues or order discrepancies to supervisor
Complete all required paperwork and documentation in a timely manner
Perform other warehouse duties as assigned

Required

High school diploma or GED required
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings, based on business demand
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures
Comfortable using basic technology and inventory systems
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred

At least one year of prior warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
Familiarity with MS Office is a plus
