Hardware New Product Introduction (NPI) Technical Program Manager - MultiCloud

Oracle's Cloud Infrastructure OCI team is focused on building next-generation Infrastructure-as-a-Service technologies. The Technical Program Manager will oversee project schedules, ensure timely delivery of products, and collaborate with various stakeholders to integrate Oracle hardware into external cloud environments.

Responsibilities

Plan and direct schedules, monitor the projects from initiation through delivery, and organize cross-team activities ensuring completion of the projects/products on schedule and within budget constraints
Work with a variety of stakeholders to prioritize work, identify and resolve dependencies, and maintain organizational focus
Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology, and to recommend and justify major changes to existing products/services/processes
Learn & document the detailed technology and requirements of external cloud vendors and utilize the knowledge to help adapt Oracle hardware for other cloud operators' environments

Required

6 to 10+ years of experience in Product Development
Ability to read, write, and speak English
Experience in defining and implementing hardware for cloud services
Experience in planning and directing schedules for projects
Ability to monitor projects from initiation through delivery
Experience in organizing cross-team activities to ensure project completion
Ability to work with various stakeholders to prioritize work and resolve dependencies
Leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes
Ability to recommend and justify major changes to existing products/services/processes
Ability to learn and document detailed technology and requirements of external cloud vendors
Experience in adapting hardware for integration into non-Oracle environments
