Qualification
Required
At least 4 years of hands-on experience in mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, investment banking, private equity, or management consulting
Deep expertise in M&A deal structuring, valuation, due diligence, and integration planning
Solid understanding of both legal and financial frameworks governing transactions
A law degree (JD or equivalent) is required
Deep familiarity with M&A principles—whether from a legal or financial perspective
Clear, analytical communication and the ability to explain complex deal concepts with precision
