Responsibilities
Lead full-cycle recruitment for corporate and hourly roles, managing 15–20 requisitions at a time
Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies
Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, and other tools to attract high-quality candidates
Conduct screening, interviewing, and candidate evaluations to ensure alignment with company values
Facilitate onboarding tasks including I-9 verification, E-Verify and coordination with HR and hiring teams
Support general HR initiatives and administrative processes as needed
Maintain and report on recruitment metrics to inform strategy and optimize performance
Build and maintain a proactive talent pipeline for future hiring needs
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field required
4–6 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in both corporate and field environments
Familiarity with HR processes including onboarding and compliance (e.g., I-9, E-Verify)
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, ADP recruiting module, and ATS platforms
Strong communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment
Willingness to travel up to 35% and be on-site when not traveling
