Business Banking Customer Service Manager
Ultimate Staffing is seeking a Business Banking Customer Service Manager to oversee the daily operations of commercial account opening and treasury management product administration. This role involves leading a team to ensure compliance and deliver exceptional service while driving continuous improvement and managing key banking processes.
Responsibilities
Lead a client-centric culture by mentoring staff and setting service expectations. ( Team of 5 )
Manage end-to-end onboarding and documentation for loan and treasury management products
Independently perform routine processing tasks and ensure service level agreements are met
Collaborate with Credit, Relationship Managers, and Compliance to support client growth
Administer TM product setup and maintenance; maintain vendor relationships and act as product administrator for technology platforms
Cross-train team members and ensure adequate coverage across functions
Publish performance dashboards and identify opportunities for process improvement
Maintain and update policies, procedures, SOPs, and internal controls
Ensure full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards
Own remediation efforts for audit and exam findings
Track exceptions and maintain an exam-ready operational environment
Develop and implement fraud prevention strategies
Evaluate current workflows and guide the team in leveraging technology for efficiency
Build business cases for automation and system improvements
Lead change management and training initiatives
Secure alignment and approvals for proposed changes
Anticipate future technology needs and plan accordingly
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in loan support or treasury management is ideal
Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement through metrics, SOPs, and root-cause analysis
Effective stakeholder management across Credit, Relationship Management, Compliance, IT, and vendors
Preferred
Strong working knowledge of commercial account opening (CIP, KYC, BOI, OFAC) and loan documentation (UCCs, collateral, insurance/flood, ticklers)
Familiarity with TM products and rules (ACH/NACHA, wires, RDC, Positive Pay) and entitlement controls
