Responsibilities
Assisting clients with their solution build, specifically around care management workflows
Gaining a strong understanding of clients' algorithms to help answer questions, resolve issues, or recommend modifications
Gaining an understanding of standard reports built using Tableau, Business Objects, and other visualization tools to help clients utilize data analytics to guide their care management operations
Qualification
Required
6 to 10+ years of experience relevant to this position including data analytics
Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience
Product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus
Ability to communicate effectively
Ability to build rapport with team members and clients
Ability to travel as needed
Security clearance required
Preferred
2 years healthcare consulting experience preferred
Security clearance strongly preferred
