Responsibilities
Review NAV packages prepared by the fund administrators
Review calculation of management fees & incentive fees
Assist with corporate and regulatory reporting requirements
Analyze and prepare expense allocations and budgets
Assist with annual audits and provide information for tax preparation
Assist with managing short/long-term fund liquidity
Review wire transfer requests
Ensure portfolio valuation is accurate and verify portfolio pricing to third-party sources
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree required
CPA required
6-9 years of public/private accounting experience
Strong U.S. GAAP technical accounting expertise
Preferred
Closed-end registered investment company experience preferred
Experience with AI, Altyrex, Anaplan or Power BI a plus
