Responsibilities

Conduct professional outbound service calls to assist customers with payment processing, document completion, and policy renewal requirements for their home, auto, and commercial policies

Make strategic cross-selling calls to existing clients to help them consolidate their insurance needs, particularly by bundling home, auto, and commercial coverage with the agency

Provide backup phone coverage during peak times, ensuring no client call goes unanswered

Process customer payments and handle important documentation for personal and commercial lines with accuracy and care

Gather and organize information to support the sales team’s efforts in quoting new home, auto, or commercial policies

Seamlessly multitask between service and sales activities throughout your shift

Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive solutions, such as identifying coverage gaps in their current home, auto, or commercial insurance
