Responsibilities

Build and refine advanced workflows in Clay.com to automate prospecting, enrichment, segmentation, and outreach

Integrate and manage Make.com (or Zapier), Apify, ZenRows, and other GTM tools to connect sales and marketing operations

Set up waterfall enrichment, intent signals, and campaign automations that expand data coverage and boost engagement

Test, monitor, and troubleshoot automations to ensure everything runs smoothly

Document processes and best practices for scale, handoffs, and collaboration

Partner with marketing, sales, and customer success teams to turn GTM strategies into efficient, automated systems

Required

Deep hands-on experience with Clay.com, including enrichment recipes, formulas, and advanced logic

Experience with automation tools like Make.com (or Zapier), Apify, and ZenRows to manage multi-step workflows

Analytical skills and ability to turn strategy into structured, scalable processes

Organized, documentation-driven, and proactive in solving problems

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy collaborating with multiple teams

Willingness to work in a U.S. time zone schedule

Ability to secure the required technical setup, including: At least a 720p HD webcam, a noise-canceling headset, a primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps, a backup laptop, backup internet device, and backup power source, a main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM, a backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
