Manufacturing Leadership Program Engineer (Electrical) - Class of 2026

General Dynamics Mission Systems is seeking a Manufacturing Leadership Program (MLP) Engineer - Class of 2026 to join their team in Canonsburg, Pennsylvania. This role offers the opportunity to develop and advance technology that supports national defense services while participating in a rotational program that includes engineering, quality, and business development assignments.

Responsibilities

Develop, implement and maintain the methods, operation sequences and processes used in General Dynamics Mission Systems production
Estimate manufacturing costs, determine project time standards, and recommend the tools and processes that accompany new and existing product lines
Provide guidance to fellow engineers, helping them to enhance organizational design concepts and manufacturing techniques
Practice creative thinking and ideation to advance our business performance
Deliver innovative, flexible, integrated solutions to meet customers changing business needs
Support and engage in programs, projects and practices behind the GDMS culture and strategy, and comply with all policies and procedures
Follow industry and department trends and developments to ensure GDMS services are consistent with, and/or superior to, industry best practices

Required

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required for site specific!
Department of Defense secret security clearance is preferred at time of hire
U.S. citizenship is required
