Responsibilities

Support the design and development of water and wastewater treatment facility projects

Provide project design assistance for WWTP upgrades, sewer system extensions, and waterline extensions

Prepare plans, design calculations, technical reports, and construction documents

Assist with permitting, construction management, and coordination with regulatory agencies

Conduct field inspections, condition assessments, and site visits as required

Collaborate with project managers and senior staff across multi-disciplinary teams

Ensure all work is performed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with client and regulatory standards

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or related field required

3–5 years of related experience in water/wastewater engineering

Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil 3D required

Strong command of design principles with ability to develop neat and accurate design calculations

Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

Strong analytical, interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

Team-oriented mindset with ability to work effectively with peers, senior staff, and clients

Preferred

Engineer-in-Training (EIT) certification preferred, with the goal of obtaining a Professional Engineer (PE) license
