Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions

Preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates

Qualification

Required

six (6) to twelve (12) years of land development and/or public works experience

Independent thought and decision-making abilities

management and supervisory skills

adept in establishing and maintaining strong and positive working relationships with clients, public agency personnel and in-house professional peers

Supervision of engineering designers (including daily assignments of work, review of work, and quality control)

Management of project schedules and budgets

Preparation of contracts, fee proposals, and scopes of work

Significant experience in client and public-agency interactions

Required Design Experience Includes: Municipal streets, Drainage systems, water mains, sanitary sewers, ADA-compliant sidewalks, and other municipal infrastructure projects

Preparation of plans, technical specifications, bid documents, and cost estimates

AutoCAD/Civil 3D Or CAD Previous Experience Required

extensive experience, demonstrated engineering abilities in all aspects of public works infrastructure projects

interacting comfortably and productively with clients and public agencies

A good driving record
