Responsibilities
Resolving/correcting hardware, software, and network incident management tickets
Proficient in re-imaging, reconfiguring, and repairing standard workstations (laptops and desktops)
Troubleshoot, reconfigure, and repair network connections of ethernet & fiber optics cables
Onsite switch & router configuration
Port-level security corrections as required
Qualification
Required
A minimum of 10 years of experience
A Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or other relevant technical discipline
An active secret clearance
