Responsibilities

Using Mastercam , create and edit CNC programs that support the machining of complex, precision metal components on multiple-axis CNC milling machining centers

Perform technical data package review of components that require fabrication

Perform machining process development and optimization

Identify , select, and procure appropriate tooling for job specific applications

Perform program prove-out validation

Troubleshoot and solve set-up, dimensional, and other out of spec features

Collaborate with key stakeholders to identify process improvement opportunities and incorporate required design changes

Support high-performing cross-function teams achieve program schedule , performance goals, mitigate manufacturing risks, and improve operational efficiency
