Directing the finance operations of the health center including accounting, budgeting, treasury, procurement, contracting, and other financial management responsibilities
Supervising certain departments or administrative functions such as Accounting, Budget, Treasury, Purchasing, Procurement and Contract Administration
Assisting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and other senior leaders with short-term and long-term financial planning
Supporting the implementation of the health center’s strategic plan
Working closely with other department managers, directors and officers in providing financial management and information support
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance from an accredited institution
Minimum of five (5) years progressive financial management/accounting experience in healthcare environment
Preferred
Master's Degree
Not-for-profit experience
Recent controller or director of finance (or similar) experience
Business office experience
CPA certification
Experience with treasury functions
