They are seeking a founding clinician to help expand their Nephrology services by advising on care models and insurance contracts, while also providing the opportunity to build an independent practice.

Responsibilities
We are looking for a variable commitment, up to 1 hr commitment per week
Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence‑based, family‑centered care
Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when we are applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state
Qualification
Required
Active Nephrology license in good standing in Florida
Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization‑management processes
Passion for expanding equitable private practice care and experimenting with outcome‑driven models
Enjoys autonomy and remote, flexible collaboration
