Responsibilities
Lead and manage disaster restoration projects from initiation to completion
Develop project plans and timelines while ensuring adherence to company standards
Coordinate with stakeholders, including clients, subcontractors, and team members, to ensure project success
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards throughout the project lifecycle
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary
Prepare and present regular status reports to management and clients
Oversee the quality of work performed by subcontractors and staff
Qualification
Required
Proven experience in project management within the disaster restoration industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage crews and projects effectively
Preferred
Experience with mold remediation and fire restoration is a plus
Familiarity with Xactimate is a plus but not required
IICRC Certification is preferred but not required
