Responsibilities

Develop and execute creative sweater designs that reflect current market trends and the unique identity of the 525 brand

Conduct research on seasonal trends, yarns, and fabrication techniques to inform design decisions

Create detailed technical sketches, tech packs, and specifications for effective communication with production teams

Collaborate with the merchandising and production teams to ensure that designs are manufacturable and meet cost targets

Participate in the fitting process and provide constructive feedback on garment fit and construction

Manage the sample development process, ensuring timely completion of samples for review and approval

Attend trade shows and market appointments to gather inspiration and insights for future collections
