Responsibilities

Support the program office’s annual Task Planning and Allocation Review by providing in-depth analysis, brief preparation and act as liaison with performers
Develop Spend Plans, including tracking appropriations
Assist with execution of funding and data calls such as 7300's, Obligation Phasing Plan (OPP), SCN Execution Review (SER), execution reviews, and funding deep dives, as requested
Update weekly briefs, develop presentations, and maintain records management
Provide meeting support including meeting minutes, agenda support, coordination and facilitation, etc
Contribute to the effective analysis and management of incoming and outgoing actions items assigned from meetings, telecoms, or emails
Draft, coordinate and review Purchase Requisition (PR) drafts for new contract requirements and modifications to established contracts. Input PR information into system
Support development and review of various acquisition documents: Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Plan, Justification & Approval, Statements of Work
Travel domestically and internationally, provide in-person support at MBC and client sites, and obtain and maintain professional certifications and security clearances as required by MBC and/or MBC’s clients. Required

Active DoD Secret security clearance
Journeyman: Bachelor's degree from a university or college accredited in the United States, plus 5 years relevant experience
Senior Level: Bachelor's degree from a university or college accredited in the United States, plus 15 years of relevant experience, or a Master's degree and 10 years relevant experience
Demonstrated experience with execution of funding
Demonstrated experience responding to data calls including 7300's, Obligation Phase Planning (OPP), SCN Execution Review (SER)
A thorough understanding or NEPS is required
A deep understanding of MS Office products
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Ability and willingness to travel domestically using a credit card or prepaid debit card as required by MBC and/or clients
