Responsibilities

Planning, directing, monitoring, and/or delivering all aspects of projects with high degrees of technical complexity from the concept stage through detailed design, construction services, and commissioning
Leading a multidiscipline design team to complete tasks within established schedules and budgets
Advancing business development strategies

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's degree in Civil, Mechanical, or Environmental Engineering
Professional Engineer (P.E.) in New Mexico, or the ability to obtain within 1 year
Minimum of 10 years' experience in the industry with an emphasis in varied range of wastewater, water treatment, or conveyance related projects, and experience in managing projects
Strong technical skills in water or wastewater engineering and project management are required
An understanding of the administrative, contractual, financial and business aspects of operations is required

Preferred

Desire for both personal and team growth
Ability to serve as the technical liaison/leader between the project owner and the design team
Business development, interpersonal, and networking skills that can be combined with the significant resources that we have available across Jacobs to gain market share
Strong writing skills, negotiation skills and interpersonal skills are desired
