Responsibilities

Help define and execute the partnership strategy aligned with business goals, including segmentation and prioritisation

Partnership Development - identify and prospect targeted introducer partners that align with our strategy

Coordinate the preparation of proposals and presentations/pitch materials

Nurture and manage ongoing relationships with partners to ensure mutual value and long-term engagement

Work collaboratively with Sales, Service, Marketing, Underwriting, and Compliance to integrate partnerships into the business model and ensure operational success

Monitor, evaluate, and report on the effectiveness of each partnership using KPIs such as lead generation, conversion rates, and revenue contribution

Support co-branded marketing campaigns, events, webinars, and content initiatives that activate and promote partnerships

Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging partnership opportunities in the insurance space
