Responsibilities

Creating Standard Work Instructions for production and safety initiatives using Sequence software
Creating Inspection Plans for machining using High QA software
Updating Machining job set-up sheets
Gage Inventory Management
Development of models in SolidWorks and 3D printing
Assist in immediate containment and countermeasures to suppliers (internal/external) and customer quality complaints
Conducting Gauge R&R and capability studies
Assists in new equipment integration and new process documentation
Tool and fixture design

Required

Continued education in a 4 year degree in Manufacturing or Mechanical Engineering (Or other related field of study)
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build, train and lead a strong positive team environment
Analyzes, solves and implements solutions independent
Demonstrated proficiency with MS Office tools (Word, Excel)
Working knowledge of Blue Print reading
Working knowledge of manufacturing methods, tooling, fixturing and materials
Excellent communicator both verbally and in writing
