Responsibilities
Prepare and analyze monthly P&L reports , identifying key variances and trends
Coordinate/consolidate presentation materials for monthly business reviews and HQ reporting
Lead assigned areas of the annual budget planning process , coordinating with department leads and aligning with HQ targets
Collaborate on internal projects , including cost analysis, process improvements, and new business initiatives
Conduct data-driven analysis to support decision-making across teams
Participate in ad-hoc financial analyses , supporting broader strategic decisions
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, Economics or related field
5–6 years of relevant experience in Finance or FP&A
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; SAP or other ERP experience is a plus
Solid understanding of financial statements and planning processes
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented mindset
Bilingual in English and Korean required
Preferred
Prior experience in the food retail or related industry is a plus
