Responsibilities

Lead, train, and motivate a team of sales professionals across multiple domestic brands (Chevrolet, Dodge, RAM, Ford, etc.)
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet and exceed dealership goals
Drive customer satisfaction through strong leadership, process improvement, and accountability
Collaborate with the GSM and dealer principals on inventory management, advertising strategy, and customer retention
Monitor and manage CRM usage, sales follow-up, desking, and deal structure to ensure profitability and compliance
Foster a team culture that promotes integrity, productivity, and customer-first thinking

Required

3+ years of proven experience as an Automotive Sales Manager (preferably with Chevy, Ford, or Mopar brands)
Strong leadership and people development skills
Deep understanding of desking deals, CRM, OEM programs, and compliance requirements
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Valid driver's license and clean driving record
