Researching and investigating materials for product lines and production
Work with Design and Operations to bring products to life
Constantly test ideas, ensuring Nike products are fit to best serve athletes
Find ways to make design ideas work
Qualification
Required
Pursuing a bachelor's degree in a Polymer Science, Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Textiles or related field with a graduation date between Winter 2026 and Summer 2027
Knowledge of materials, formation, construction, and manufacturing
Ability to maintain a high level of integrity, remain flexible, and get results and work within a matrixed organization
Proficiency using MS Office applications
Preferred
Knowledge of footwear sourcing, global processes, and events from product concept to delivery
