Technical Sales & Operations Intern
Master Builders Solutions is looking for motivated, hands-on students to join their Technical Sales & Operations Internship Program. Responsibilities
Assist with technical service support across assigned projects
Observe and learn from experienced professionals in sales, operations, and R&D
Participate in field evaluations and product testing
Support internal teams with data gathering and reporting, specific to each market/customer needs
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gain a full view of the business
Engage in customer interactions under supervision
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing a Degree in Construction Industry Management (CIM), with at least 1 semester completed within the program
Minimum 3.0 GPA (cumulative)
Willingness to travel regionally with field representatives
Strong communication skills and a desire to learn in a hands-on environment
Preferred
ACI Level 1 Certification obtained prior to internship start date, preferred
Interest in concrete materials, technical sales, or construction science
Problem-solving mindset and adaptability in the field
Great communication skills, both verbal and written
