Responsibilities

Assist the lead Project Controller in the following:
Develop and maintain project cost reports, schedules, and forecasts
Track budgets, expenses, and commitments to ensure projects remain on schedule and within budget
Utilize Excel to compile, analyze, and present project data
Support project managers with financial and progress reporting
Identify and communicate potential issues affecting budget or schedule
Maintain organized and accurate project documentation

Qualification

Project controls experienceMicrosoft ExcelAccounting principlesOrganizational skillsCommunication skillsTeamwork abilities

Required

1–3 years of relevant experience
10+ years of experience in project controls, accounting, or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (formulas, pivot tables, charts)
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Engineering, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered
Familiarity with accounting principles and cost tracking is beneficial but not necessary
