Ability to forge relationships with the client base
Ability to create, manage, and update project Schedule using industry software
Successful track record managing projects greater than $15M

Qualification
Required

A minimum of 7-10 years' experience of project management on commercial construction projects
Must have completed 3 similar projects: Phased, occupied renovation space, and value of +$30MM
Work location will be on the project site of the work at any time work is being performed unless an absence is approved
Must have strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills and the ability to present information to supervisors, groups of clients, top management, or team
Preferred
Software proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit/Navisworks, On-Screen Takeoff, Procore, P6, and/or Asta Power Project
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management
Professional Engineering License in the state of New York
