Qualification
Required
Bachelor's Degree or higher in Engineering or a related field
Licensed as a Professional Engineer in the State of Florida
Relevant experience in project engineering, preferably in public works
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in engineering software and tools
Knowledge of local, state, and federal regulations related to public works projects
Preferred
Master's Degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience with project management and construction oversight
Familiarity with environmental regulations and permitting processes
Experience working with government agencies or public sector projects
