Responsibilities
As a Project Manager Intern, you will work closely with your supervisor acting as a liaison between county departments, developers, contractors, and the public relating to county projects
You will help determine the nature and extent of the work needed and coordinate the public meeting process associated with the projects
Alongside your supervisor, you will monitor contractors and consultants to ensure contract terms and conditions are met
Assist in the inspection of construction sites for compliance with specifications and will track change orders
You will have the opportunity for in-house review of drawings, material sources and specifications during construction
Additionally, you will help supervise and prepare drawings of plans and details
Performs related work as assigned
Qualification
Required
Must be a currently enrolled student in a college-level program
