Responsibilities

Product Lead for Kubernetes & Compute Services: Lead the product vision, strategy, and execution for CoreWeave Kubernetes Service (CKS), as well as the broader portfolio of current and future compute services within CoreWeave, including Bare Metal
Product & Program Development: Design and launch new compute products and features to best fit the needs of an increasingly diverse set of customers and workloads
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, sales, finance, and marketing teams to ensure alignment on goals, effective product launches, and seamless go-to-market execution
Market Analysis: Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify current state, emerging trends, and opportunities for differentiation
Go-to-Market Strategy: Partner with industry partners, marketing, and sales teams to develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including positioning, messaging, and competitive differentiation
Performance Monitoring: Define key metrics and establish robust reporting to monitor the performance of compute services, identify areas for improvement, and inform future decisions

Required

Deep understanding of cloud compute technologies (VMs, Bare Metal, Serverless)
A strong working knowledge of Kubernetes
A data-driven and analytical approach to solving problems
Experience in defining products from concept, to product definition, and execution of a roadmap to achieve impact in the market

Preferred

Experience in developing and launching 0-1 products
A strong working knowledge of GPUs, and the AI market
