Responsibilities
Manage strategic programs that enhance the company’s data infrastructure, analytics capabilities, self-service reporting capabilities, and overall data-driven decision-making
Partner with Product, Marketing, Technology, Sales and Customer Success teams to prioritize programs, define metrics, and ensure timely, coordinated execution
Establish and execute scalable operational frameworks for intake, prioritization, and delivery of data requests
Contribute to data quality and process improvement initiatives to increase trust and accessibility of data across Enverus
Act as a bridge between business and technical stakeholders, translating requirements into actionable workstreams and ensuring clarity of ownership and outcomes
Support change management and stakeholder alignment as the CD&A team rolls out new tools, pipelines, and models
Qualification
Required
5+ years of program or project management experience, including 2+ years supporting data, analytics, or engineering teams at a SaaS or technology company
Proven success in cross-functional program leadership involving technical and non-technical business stakeholders
Strong familiarity with tools and platforms including JIRA
Exceptional communication and organizational skills to bring clarity, structure, and accountability to complex initiatives
Understanding of data lifecycle management, from ingestion and transformation to analytics and insights delivery
Experience implementing Agile, Kanban, or hybrid delivery models in a data or analytics context
Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced environments, balancing strategic vision with tactical execution
Preferred
Familiarity with SQL and Python is an asset
Familiarity with dbt, PowerBI, Snowflake and Hex is an asset
