Required

You have a B.S. or higher degree in Architecture and an active state licensure in good standing

You have an NCARB membership with multi-state licensure eligibility and your AIA membership is a plus

You have 15+ years of post-degree experience

You have designed or worked on buildings with a variety of Use Groups - Assembly, Business, Educational, Mercantile, Industrial, Institutional, Factory, and Residential, mixed-use

You have experience with code evaluation, specification writing and/or diagnosing building defects and design analysis

You have proven experience in construction, demonstrated through contract administration, construction management, design/build, and/or general contracting

You have an in-depth knowledge of building safety and construction technology

You can work both independently and as part of a collaborative team

You have excellent technical, analytical, writing and communication skills

You are willing to travel about 20% on average

You have a valid driver's license and the ability to drive
