Marketing Manager
GTI Energy is seeking a dynamic and strategic Marketing Manager to lead global marketing efforts and elevate their brand across all platforms. This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, managing digital and social media presence, and supporting business development initiatives to drive international growth through targeted communications.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute integrated global marketing strategies that align with GTI Energy’s brand and business goals
Own and manage all corporate social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.), including content creation, scheduling, community engagement, and performance tracking
Lead the creation of marketing content including brochures, videos, email campaigns, blogs, website updates, and press releases
Oversee digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, paid media, website analytics, and marketing automation tools
Manage brand identity and ensure consistent messaging across global regions and business units
Plan and coordinate GTI’s participation in global events, trade shows, and sponsorships
Collaborate with internal teams such as Sales, HR, Operations, and Engineering to support talent attraction, product promotion, and internal communication efforts
Track KPIs and analyze the effectiveness of campaigns; provide regular reporting and recommendations
Manage vendor relationships (graphic designers, PR firms, etc.) as needed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field required
5–7 years of progressive experience in marketing, with at least 2 years managing social media strategy
Proven experience in global B2B marketing, ideally within the energy, manufacturing, or technology sectors
Strong writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Proficiency in marketing platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Adobe Creative Suite, WordPress, Google Analytics, Canva)
Ability to work cross-functionally and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
Global mindset with an understanding of how to tailor messaging for international markets
