Drive best in class deliverables and standard Remote Operations for team
Mentors & Elevates tier 1 staff technical skills
Qualification
Required
3-5+ years of commercial HVAC experience including chilled water systems
BAS control experience with priority on Tridium (Niagara), Alerton, KMC, and JCI-Metasys systems
Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to BAS field device, code, and sequence of operation
Knowledge of building commission, optimization, facility O&M, and energy-saving programs
Advanced understanding of building systems and Building Automation Systems (BAS) and programming
Proficient in building data acquisition and analysis and reporting
Communication/Teaming/Internal and External Interaction
Ability to triage and diagnose root cause
Change and manage portfolio wide schedules and overrides
Intermediate knowledge of multiple controls systems (Alerton, Distech, Honeywell, Siemens, Tolon, Tridium, etc.)
Ability to manage highly technical issues and document findings
Preferred
Technical Degree / Bachelor's or Data / Engineering Degree (desired)
3-5+ years of experience in building controls preferred
Experience with visualization tools like Excel, Tableau and PowerBI
Project Management/Leadership Skills/Business Acumen preferred
